Regence offers case management free of charge to members who need individualized assistance navigating their behavioral health care. Regence case managers are licensed behavioral health professionals who can:

• Be a direct point of contact with the health plan
• Coordinate care for members with more complex needs
• Assist members in locating mental health chemical dependency providers
• Provide ongoing support, coaching and assistance to members

To access a mental health specialist (such as a psychiatrist, psychologist, or master’s level therapist) outside of the primary care setting, or find addiction treatment, call 1-888-287-2680, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

You’ll be asked a few questions to determine your mental health issue. The questions also help to match you with a specialist you’ll feel comfortable with. You may be referred to a Kaiser Permanente clinician or a community provider in your plan network, depending on your care needs and where you’re located.

Cigna’s case management teams have trained health care specialists with the skills, experience and compassion to assist you and your patient in accessing necessary medical or mental health services. Supported by Cigna’s staff of board certified physicians, our case managers work closely with your patient, their family, and other health care providers to:

• Explore service and funding source alternatives
• Monitor progress to established goals (set forth by you and the patient)
